The reason for creating this blog is to promote the integration of technology in education now and in the future. Students, teachers, parents, administrators and other interested parties are encourage to participate in the sharing of ideas pertaining to the use of technology in the educational system.
Why Technology now?
The Internet opens up a world of information never before available in the classroom. Computers can be used as a tool to explore the world. Students are normally urged to research, explore and express themselves in ways which are not possible, practical or as powerful with conventional methods. The Internet is also more concrete than by learning with traditional instructional tools, because students can acquire knowledge in different ways utilizing technology.

I would have to say "The Importance of Technology in Ecucation" is A very strong fundamental in Education because the majority of times you are getting and education from teacher, of course but you may have to use technology such as computers to help get your point across like in a term paper or another major test or just an original class day that may occur when your in the process of receiving an education. Also Technology can be used in many other ways in Education Other than the Example I listed above.
